We originally invited Norm over to our home to give us a second market assessment on our house. Norm impressed us with his knowledge, confidence, and his presentation and research into the homes for sale/sold in our neighbourhood. He was always quick to get back to us and answer any questions or address any concerns we had. His marketing plan was very good and we accepted an offer after less than 3 days.
