On the low end of MacTaggart sales during the second real estate quarter of the year was a two bedroom, two bathroom, 1,446 square foot home for $550,000. MacTaggart saw an average home sale price of $849,500 this quarter, for a four bedroom, three bathroom, 2,711 square foot house.
