According to the Realtor’s Association of Edmonton (RAE) out of the 17,055 residential sales in 2013, 115 of those were in the million dollar plus price range. That is a 29% increase over 2012, where only 87 properties were sold over one million. The highest priced home sold in 2013 was $3.4 million and the highest priced condo sold for $1.6 million.
